1. Introduction
Welcome to FastLeads Global LTD ("FastLeads," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our email outreach services ("Services"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Services
FastLeads specializes in performing email outreach on behalf of clients. This includes sourcing and emailing qualified leads to facilitate your sales and business activities. Our Services encompass maintaining lead lists, managing email sending infrastructure, crafting email copy, and procuring email addresses and domains as needed.
3. Commencement and Duration
Start Date: Services will commence upon successful payment processing and confirmation.
Minimum Term: The initial term of this agreement is one month.
Termination: You may terminate your subscription by providing notice at least 14 days before your next payment is due. FastLeads reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time with a notice period of 7 days.
4. Pricing and Payment
Payment Structure: The agreed monthly fee is payable upfront upon initiating Services. Subsequent monthly payments are due every 30 days thereafter.
Payment Method: Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize FastLeads to set up a recurring payment subscription in accordance with these Terms.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied, we recommend terminating the subscription as outlined above to avoid further charges. In cases where deliverability issues arise (e.g., domain blacklisting), we will resume Services once resolved, without additional costs to you.
5. Client Responsibilities
Information Provision: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the Services effectively.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
FastLeads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services during the term of this agreement.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
