Fastleads Global Telemarketing Compliance Policy

At Fastleads Global, we are committed to conducting all telemarketing activities ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This Telemarketing Compliance Policy outlines our commitment to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and similar state and local telemarketing laws.

1. Compliance with Telemarketing Laws

Fastleads Global complies with:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA),

  • The Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC),

  • All relevant state telemarketing statutes, including restrictions on call times, disclosures, and registration requirements,

  • National and State Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists.

2. Do-Not-Call (DNC) Compliance

  • Fastleads Global maintains internal procedures for scrubbing against National and State DNC registries.

  • We honor all customer requests to be placed on our internal DNC list within a reasonable timeframe (no more than 30 days).

  • We provide consumers with clear instructions on how to opt out of future communications.

3. Consent and Calling Practices

  • Fastleads Global obtains appropriate express written consent before making any telemarketing calls using prerecorded messages, auto-dialers, or text messages where required by law.

  • We clearly identify ourselves and the purpose of the call at the beginning of every communication.

  • We comply with restrictions regarding calling times, only contacting consumers during permissible hours (typically between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. local time).

4. Training and Monitoring

  • All team members engaged in telemarketing are trained on TCPA, TSR, DNC rules, and this Compliance Policy.

  • We routinely monitor telemarketing practices to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and internal policies.

5. Recordkeeping

  • Fastleads Global retains records of consent, opt-out requests, and internal DNC list entries for at least five (5) years, or as otherwise required by law.

6. Complaint Handling

  • We take consumer complaints seriously and investigate all telemarketing complaints promptly.

  • Corrective actions are taken when necessary to prevent future violations.

7. Policy Updates

  • Fastleads Global may update this Telemarketing Compliance Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, industry standards, or company practices.
